What Do Use The Internet For?

Two ways you use the internet:
Engagement; Connecting with others that have the same interests as me. I always like talking to people that enjoy the same things as I do. Some social networking websites that I use are Facebook, Twitter, Google +, etc.

Uploading video’s to YouTube. I am a content producer, constantly uploading to my YouTube channel (http://youtube.com/thetechguy209). I do videos on the latest tech news, how to’s and app/product review’s. My videos are mainly focused on technology. Occasionally, I will do videos on  things outside of technology that I find interesting, such as music or LEGO.

How to Jailbreak on iOS 5.0 and 5.0.1

How to Jailbreak on iOS 5.0 and 5.0.1. SO you want to jailbreak your iOS device? This is quit simple to do. DISCLAIMER If anything goes wrong, it's not our fault.

First ting you will need to do is make sure your device has a A5 processor chip in it. Or I could just tell you that if you have a iPhone 4S or iPad 2, you have a A5 chip.

Next you will need a program called Absinthe. We will include the downloads in this post - (Mac, Windows) Note: This demonstration is on Mac OS X. Everything should work the same in Windows though.

Inland Pro Foldable Keyboard Review

I chose to try the Inland Pro Foldable Keyboard so I can sit back a little further from my laptop screen. Since I was going to be using the keyboard on my laptop, I also wanted something portable.  Cost was a factor for me as well, I needed something reasonably priced.
From what I could see, there were very few critiques available for this device. There weren’t any unboxings or reviews on YouTube. Nor could I find any review’s on websites. I did read some of the reviews posted on Amazon. Regrettably, I didn’t give them much consideration since there were so few and each had a counter-argument. I went ahead and purchased the keyboard.  It seemed, at first, to be good for simple controls of my laptop.

What to Get Your Geek for Christmas

Christmas, the most wonderful time of the year right? It can also be the most stress full time of the year. Trying to coordinate all the Christmas parties'. Who is going over to who's house on Christmas day.

If The HP TouchPad Goes on Sale Will You Get One?

This constant battle between the tablets is so much like Star Wars, but when HP announced it would be recreating it's huge sale of the HP TouchPad it was like Return of the Jedi. HP also announced that WebOS would be open source, and that gives the TouchPad a chance of survival in the epic battle of tablets and operating systems.

Android is proof that open sourcing an operating system works.

I think WebOS has a chance in the realm of the open source community. From what I have heard people (including myself) really like WebOS. It is just that the operating system has not taken off as a smash hit.

Where Do You Get Your Desktop Wallpapers?

We all love our wallpapers. When I was younger and didn't know much about computers, my favorite thing to do was change the desktop backgrounds. Sometimes it can be hard to find a good wallpaper. Most of the time you can't find wallpapers that fit your screens resolution.

I'm sure you have experienced this. Have you ever downloaded a wallpaper online, and when you set it as your desktop background it's all stretched out fuzzy. That's because the picture's resolution is small than your screen's.

http://hdw.eweb4.com/ - Is a great website where you can get the best high quality desktop background's. You don't have finding the right screen resolution, because all the wallpapers there are 1920x1080. So they will fit almost any screen. If you have a smaller screen you will have to do a tiny bit of extra work to get the wallpaper to fit properly.
